Refund policy

At Origins of Odisha, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.

1. Return Eligibility (7 Days)

Returns are accepted only for the following categories when the request is raised within 7 days of delivery:

  • Fabrics & Handlooms
  • Handicrafts & Souvenirs

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused
  • With all tags, labels and original packaging intact

Return requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

2. Refund Policy (24 Hours)

Refunds are applicable on all product categories only when the issue/concern is raised within 24 hours of delivery.

We may require clear photos or videos of the product to verify the concern before approving the refund.

Once approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 3 working days  (if applicable).

Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

4. Non-Returnable Categories

The following categories are not eligible for return or exchange, except when refund request is raised within 24 hours:

  • Pickles
  • Snacks & Mixtures
  • Papads
  • Grocery & Food Items
  • Puja Essentials
  • Any Category beyond the ones mentioned in the beginning which are eligible 

5. Return Pickup & Processing

Once a return request is approved:

  • Our delivery partner will schedule a pickup
  • Product inspection will be done at the time of pickup or after receiving the returned item
  • Refund will be initiated within 3 working days after successful quality check
